Barclays new, bright and creative idea!
Barclays have given their customers the chance to personalise their bank cards with any creative or personal design you can think of, even a picture of yourself!
Great idea, now all Barclays customers (including me) will be differentiated from ‘normal’ people with ‘normal’ bank cards. Barclays are adding a real sense of customer value to their service. Why hasn’t anyone thought about this before! Did this come from Starbucks’ marketing strategy of personalising customer cups by writing customer names on them, most likely! many companies should follow these marketing trends as it shows real creativity and a relationship with the customer.
